Reports or evaluations done for legal purposes for Regent Mental Health Group patients will be billed at the rate of $259.00.

Extended phone calls are subject to billing at the above rates at the clinician’s discretion. These are generally not reimbursable by third party payers (HMO’S and insurance companies) and are the responsibility of the patient.

Appointments not cancelled within 24 hours or No Show appointments (unless due to an emergency) will be charged based on the time set aside for your appointment since it could not be used by another patient.
